Madara

I recently started using the Madara Moon Flower Tinting Fluid and let me just say, I love it!  It smells like freshly cut...weeds. It definitely is not a bad smell it just smells different from freshly cut grass, it reminds me of sour sobs actually. As for the texture it is a really light fluid that spreads really well and is moisturizing. I have been using the Kora Organics Tinted cream for a while now and as much as I love it, I do have the original formulation which is very dark for my skin tone and tends to be a bit drying. The Madara fluid matches my skin colour perfectly and leaves the skin with a fresh, dewy appearence. It's perfect.
The Madara fluid has not irritated my skin and it looks amazing on.
The Tinting Fluid comes in two colours, Moon Flower which is for paler skin and Sun Flower which is for more tanned skin. I love the names and the packaging.

I have also been using the Madara Moonkissed Tinting Lipgloss which is also good. I wouldn't say it is a favourite but I do use it fairly often. I bought I thought it would give me a nice subtle tint but I honestly can't see any difference with when wearing it. It does however give my lip's a nice shimmery wet look without any stickiness whatsoever which is hard to find. The Lipgloss comes in two shades, Moonkissed which is a beautiful pink lip-like colour and Sunkissed which is a caramely colour.

  1. Does it give any kind of coverage, or just a glowy appearance?
I'm looking for something that has enough coverage just to even out my skin tone :)

  2. It definitely evens out my skin tone but the coverage is really light, my freckles still show through.

  3. Oh the"not as organic as you thought it was",is it because madara only uses"13,86% of the total ingredients are issued from Organic Agriculture"? As for me,I'm fine if the product isn't fully organic.Organic is my 2nd issue,my 1st issue is the safety of cosmetics.Just..it'll be better if it's all organic though:)

  4. I'm generally the same, my utmost importance is that the products are natural. What I meant by the Kora Organics one is 'healthier' is that it contains cleaner ingrediants and they are certified organic too. Where as the Madara fluid has some questionable ingrediants such as Pottasium hydroxide, Citral, Eugenol, Limonene & Linalool. I still love the madara fluid though.

  5. I see.I'm still fine with those ingredients. They're still natural and much safer alternative than other conventional products on the market.Organic farming is less in number than non-organic one so pretty understandable if organic plants are harder to get.Anyway, nice review!:)
